For yoga and Pilates studios

A yoga studio booking system for classes with ten mats and a waitlist.

ClassOps shows every class as places booked out of places available, gives a cancelled place to the next person on the waitlist automatically, and takes payment by card. Members book in an app carrying your studio's name.

Sound familiar?

Where the current setup lets you down

  • The late cancellation nobody fills

Someone drops out of the 7am reformer class an hour before, and the bed sits empty while three people would have taken it.

  • Your studio, another company's app

Members book your classes through an app with someone else's name on the front, and your brand stops at the door.

  • Teacher cover means a timetable hunt

When a teacher is away, changing one class means digging through the schedule and hoping members see the right name.

How ClassOps fits

Built around how yoga and Pilates studios actually run

Example timetable

  • 07:00Reformer PilatesWaitlist open8 / 8
  • 09:30Vinyasa Flow14 / 18
  • 12:30Mat Pilates10 / 12
  • 18:00Yin Yoga16 / 16
  • 19:30Beginners Yoga7 / 14
  • Small caps, shown plainly

A reformer class with eight beds shows as 8 / 8 when it is full, so members know where they stand before they try to book.

  • A waitlist that fills the gap

When someone cancels, the freed place goes to the waitlist automatically. Nobody on your team has to message round.

  • An app under your studio's name

Members book in an app carrying your brand. Bookings made there show at reception and in your dashboard straight away.

  • Memberships and class payments by card

Stripe takes card payments, keeps the card on file and renews memberships automatically each period.

  • Cover for a single day

Classes are set up once as blueprints. Swap the teacher or lower the cap for one day without touching the rest of the week.

  • See which classes earn their slot

Session level reports and day of week trends show which classes fill and which times are worth rethinking.

Proof

Nova City Centre moved from Glofox. Live at two sites since 1 August 2026.

Nova City Centre is a parkour centre with two sites, and it books its classes and open sessions through the same member app, capacity counts and memberships a studio would use. Every booking made in its app shows at reception and in the owner dashboard straight away.

Questions

What yoga and Pilates studios ask us

Can members join a waitlist for a full class?
Yes. A full class shows as full, members join the waitlist, and a freed place is filled from it automatically.
Can we run reformer classes with a small cap?
Yes. Each class has its own capacity, set on its blueprint. You can raise or lower it for a single day when you need to.
Can the booking app carry our studio's name?
Yes. The member app runs under your brand, and your members book, pay and hold their QR pass for check in there.
Can we sell monthly memberships?
Yes. Recurring memberships renew automatically by card through Stripe. If a renewal fails, it shows as an alert on the reception screen.
Can we see which classes are worth keeping?
Yes. Reports show how each session performs and which days of the week are busiest. If you run more than one studio, revenue is split by site.
