Book by the day or the bundle
Each camp can be booked a day at a time or as a bundle, so the two day family and the full week family both book in one go.
Every child in one booking
One parent books several children together. Each child keeps their own waiver and health notes.
Signed before day one
Each child has their own waiver, signed in the app. A child cannot be booked until theirs is signed, and waivers export as PDF for insurance.
A calmer drop off
Children check in at the desk with a QR pass. The reception screen flags missing waivers and failed payments, and takes walk ins.
Full days refill from the waitlist
Each day shows places taken out of places available. When a family cancels, the next on the waitlist gets the place automatically.
Know which weeks sell
Session level reports and day of week trends show which days fill first, with revenue split by site if you run more than one venue.

- Can parents book single days instead of the whole week?
- Yes. Holiday camps can be booked per day or as a bundle. Parents pick what they need in the member app.
- Can parents book siblings together?
- Yes. One parent books several children in one go. Each child has their own waiver and health notes.
- How do we collect medical information for each child?
- Health notes are part of each child's waiver, which the parent signs in the app. Booking is blocked until it is signed, so every booked child has one on file.
- What happens at drop off?
- Children are checked in at the desk, and the member app has a QR pass for it. The reception screen shows alerts for missing waivers or failed payments, and can take walk ins and payments.
- Can we run camps at more than one venue?
- Yes. Each staff login is limited to its own venue, and reports show revenue by site. Nova City Centre runs two sites on ClassOps.
