Gym management software

Gym management software for UK gyms, from first booking to renewal.

ClassOps runs your class bookings, recurring memberships, card payments and front desk in one system, under your own brand. It is built in the UK by the same team you ring when something needs changing.

Live at Nova City Centre since August 2026 · UK built and supported

ClassOps on a laptop and two phones: the reception desk, a staff check in roster and a member's bookings

Sound familiar?

Where the current setup lets you down

  • Membership money chased by hand

A card fails, nobody spots it, and a member trains for weeks before anyone asks. Renewals should look after themselves.

  • The desk works from a different list

A member books on their phone at 5pm and reception is still reading the morning printout. Walk ins get squeezed into classes that are already full.

  • Numbers that don't answer the question

You want to know which sessions pay their way and which evenings are quiet, and the answer is spread across three exports.

How ClassOps fits

Built around how gyms and fitness studios actually run

Example timetable

  • 06:30HIIT CircuitWaitlist open16 / 16
  • 07:30Strength Foundations9 / 12
  • 12:15Lunchtime Spin14 / 14
  • 17:30Kettlebell Conditioning11 / 18
  • 18:30Boxfit20 / 20
  • 19:30Mobility and Stretch7 / 15
  • Memberships that renew on their own

Recurring memberships charge automatically through Stripe with the card kept on file. A failed payment shows up as an alert on the reception screen.

  • App, desk and dashboard agree

A booking made in the member app appears at reception and in the owner dashboard straight away, so the desk never works from yesterday's list.

  • Set a class up once

Each class is built once as a blueprint. When a coach is off or you want fewer places on one day, override that day and leave the rest alone.

  • Full classes refill themselves

Capacity shows as a fraction, like 14 / 20. When someone drops out, the waitlist fills the space automatically.

  • Reports by session, day and site

See how each session performs, which days of the week are busiest and what each site takes in revenue.

  • Card, terminal or cash

Stripe handles card payments in the app. Payments taken on Square or Zettle terminals, or in cash, are recorded against the same member.

Proof

Nova City Centre moved from Glofox. Live at two sites since 1 August 2026.

Nova City Centre runs kids classes, open sessions and memberships across its Rotherham and Barnsley sites on ClassOps. Reception, the member app and the owner dashboard at both sites have worked from the same live bookings since 1 August 2026.

Questions

What gyms and fitness studios ask us

How do recurring memberships get paid?
Members pay by card through Stripe and the card stays on file, so each renewal charges automatically. If a payment fails, reception sees an alert on the desk screen and can sort it when the member next comes in.
Can we run more than one site?
Yes. Reports show revenue by site, and each staff login is limited to its own venue. Nova City Centre runs its Rotherham and Barnsley sites on ClassOps.
We already have card terminals. Do we need to replace them?
No. Payments taken on Square or Zettle terminals, or in cash, can be recorded against the same member as their card payments in the app.
Is our member data ours?
Yes. You can export members, bookings, payments and waivers at any time, free of charge. Member data export and erasure are built in for GDPR requests.
How much does it cost?
You get a tailored quote on the free 45 minute call, once we know how your gym runs. There are no per booking fees.
