    Each session shows places taken out of the cap. When someone drops out, the waitlist fills the space automatically.

  • Signed before the first roll

    Waivers are signed in the app and booking is blocked until they are. One waiver per child for kids classes, with PDF export.

  • Siblings in kids BJJ

    One parent books several children into kids classes together, each with their own waiver and health notes.

  • Monthly memberships by card

    Memberships renew automatically through Stripe with the card on file. Failed payments flag on the reception screen.

  • Coach logins by venue

    Every coach has their own login, limited to their own venue, and revenue is reported by site if you run more than one.

  • Cover for one class only

    Each class is a blueprint. If a different coach takes Thursday's no gi, change that day and leave the rest.

Nova City Centre runs kids classes and recurring memberships on ClassOps across its Rotherham and Barnsley sites. Its first automatic membership renewal went through on 10 August 2026, nine days after going live.

What BJJ and jiu jitsu gyms ask us

Can we cap numbers on the mat?
Yes. Every class and open mat has its own capacity, shown as places taken out of the cap. A waitlist fills freed places automatically.
Can students sign a waiver before their first class?
Yes. The waiver is signed in the app, and booking is blocked until it is. Kids each have their own waiver with health notes.
How are monthly memberships collected?
By card through Stripe, renewing automatically with the card kept on file. Failed renewals show as an alert at reception.
Can our coaches have their own logins?
Yes. Each coach has their own login, limited to the venue they teach at.
Is there a fee each time a student books?
No. There are no per booking fees. You get a tailored quote on the free 45 minute call.
