Memberships that renew themselves
Monthly memberships renew automatically by card through Stripe. When a payment fails, the reception screen flags it.
Juniors booked as a family
One parent books several children into their classes in one go, each with their own waiver and health notes.
Signed before the first class
Waivers are signed in the app, and booking is blocked until they are. Signed waivers export as PDF for your insurance.
Instructor logins by venue
Each member of staff has their own login, limited to their own venue, so a club instructor works only within their own club.
Kids and adults on one timetable
Set each class up once as a blueprint. If a different instructor is covering Tuesday's juniors, change the coach for that day only.
Payments at the desk count too
Square and Zettle terminal payments and cash are recorded against the same member as their card payments in the app.

Nova City Centre runs kids classes and recurring memberships on ClassOps across two sites, Rotherham and Barnsley. Its first automatic membership renewal went through on 10 August 2026, nine days after going live.

- Yes. Every member of staff gets their own login, and each login is limited to its own venue.
- How are monthly memberships collected?
- Memberships renew automatically by card through Stripe, with the card kept on file. Failed payments show as an alert on the reception screen.
- Can we use it at a second club or hall?
- Yes. Staff logins are limited per venue and revenue is reported by site. Nova City Centre runs two sites on ClassOps.
- Can we try it before we leave our current system?
- Yes. ClassOps can run alongside your current system for up to 30 days. You cancel the old one only when you are happy.
