Every session shows places taken out of the cap, like 14 / 20, with a waitlist that fills freed places automatically.
Waiver before the first session
Waivers are signed in the app and booking is blocked until they are, one per child. PDF export for your insurer.
Families booked together
One parent books several children into classes in one go, each with their own waiver and health notes.
A desk for walk ins
Reception checks people in with a QR pass, takes walk ins and payments, and sees alerts for missing waivers.
Memberships that renew
Recurring memberships renew automatically by card through Stripe. Nova City's first renewal went through on 10 August 2026.
Two sites, one system
Revenue is reported by site and each staff login is limited to its own venue, as it is at Rotherham and Barnsley.

- Yes. Each session has its own capacity, shown as places taken out of the cap. You can change it for a single day, and a waitlist fills freed places automatically.
- How do waivers work for kids?
- Each child has their own waiver with health notes, signed by the parent in the app. Booking is blocked until it is signed, and waivers export as PDF.
- Can we run holiday camps?
- Yes. Holiday camps can be booked per day or as a bundle, in the same app as your weekly classes.
- How much does it cost?
