Parkour and movement
Multi-instructor sessions, age-graded classes, family bookings.
Family flowsOne platform for bookings, payments, waivers, and the front desk. A modern alternative to Glofox, Mindbody, and TeamUp for studios, gyms, climbing centres, dance schools, kids' clubs, and community venues.
Most class management platforms feel like they were designed in a boardroom, not behind a reception desk. We built ClassOps with the operators who actually use it, every single day.
Walk-in bookings, family check-ins, capacity overrides. On the legacy platforms each one takes a meeting and a manual.
You need to know if Saturday Under 10s is growing and Tuesday Tricking is sliding. Instead you get class totals.
Your data is theirs. Support is a ticket queue. The bigger they get, the further they drift from the operators using them.
Every action on one platform updates the others instantly. No syncing, no gaps, no end-of-day reconciliation.
The customer app is fully white-labelled to your business. Logo, colours, fonts, and tone of voice all match your brand. Members use your app, not a ClassOps-branded one. The platform underneath is ours. The experience on top is yours.
Session-level analytics, multi-site reporting, payment oversight, staff management, class blueprints. Built for the people who own the business and need to know what is actually happening.
An iPad-friendly view of today. Capacity heat indicators, walk-in booking, family check-ins, and health flags that surface the moment they matter.
Every feature exists because an operator asked us for it. No bloat, no shelfware.
Track every class, every session, every day of the week. Spot Tuesdays sliding before they hurt. Double down on Saturdays as they grow. Know which session is paying the rent.
Every class lives as a blueprint with a default capacity, instructor, and time. Reception staff can shave a single Saturday's capacity without touching the template, and analytics reflect the override.
A walk-in at reception updates the customer app in milliseconds. A failed payment in admin flags the same member at the front desk before their next session. No batching, no end-of-day reconciliation.
Stripe is built in from day one for online and in-app payments. Already use a Square or Zettle terminal at the desk? Keep it. Every transaction across every processor lands on the same member profile.
Members sign on the customer app before their first class. Reception sees the green tick before they tick anyone in. A full audit trail with PDF export for insurance, anytime, no paper.
Built for family-driven operators. A parent books all three children into Saturday morning in a single flow. Health flags, age gates, and waivers stay attached to the right child every time.
If you want to migrate your operation onto ClassOps in time for summer term, the discovery call needs to happen this month. We take on a small number of pilots so we can build around how you actually work.
The data model is class-based, not gym-specific. Any business that books members into capacity-limited sessions runs on the same plumbing.

Course trackingWe are not trying to win on volume. We are winning operators who want a system that fits their business, and a team that picks up the phone.
Built with a working parkour centre, on a working reception desk. Live cutover May 2026.

Pilot PartnerNo pitch deck, no pressure. Just a proper conversation about how your business actually runs and where ClassOps could lift the load.
Yes. Members, waivers, and historic bookings come across cleanly. We run a 30 day parallel period before full cutover so nothing is missed and your team has time to settle in.
It is far more reasonable, and there are no per-booking fees. Pricing depends on sites, members, and features so we tailor a quote on the discovery call. What we will say up front: we win on operators, not enterprise contracts.
No. The data model is class-based. Anything that schedules people into capacity-limited sessions fits. Dance studios, climbing centres, yoga studios, kids' clubs, martial arts academies, adult education centres. If you run classes, ClassOps fits.
Yes. Stripe is our default payment processor and is built in from day one. We also support Square and Zettle if you want to keep an existing terminal. Like every payment processor, Stripe takes a small percentage of each sale (typically around 1.5% in the UK plus 20p per transaction). We do not add any per-booking fees on top.
It is yours. Full export of members, bookings, payments, and waivers in standard formats, any time, no charge.
The team that built it. You get a direct line, not a ticket queue. We are a small team by design and we like it that way.
Often, yes. The product evolves with the operators using it. If something is core to how you run, we would rather build it than ask you to work around its absence.
