A Mindbody alternative built and supported in the UK.
Mindbody is run from California and also operates a consumer app where members browse many businesses. ClassOps gives your members an app under your own name, is built by Bright Loop Media on the Wirral, and has no per booking fees.

Sound familiar?
Where the current setup lets you down
Your members, someone else's front door
When members book through a shared marketplace app, your studio sits in a list next to the one down the road.
Support in another time zone
A payment problem at 7am in Manchester should reach someone who is awake and already knows your setup.
Getting your records out
Years of members, bookings and signed waivers should leave with you in full, at no cost, whenever you decide.

An app with your name on it

A UK team on the phone
ClassOps is built and run by Bright Loop Media Ltd on the Wirral. The people who set it up are the people who answer.
No per booking fees
You are not charged each time a member books. Pricing is a tailored quote for your studio, given on the call.
Your data, whenever you want it
Export members, bookings, payments and waivers in full, at any time, free. GDPR export and erasure are built in.
Memberships that renew themselves
Stripe takes card payments, keeps the card on file and renews memberships automatically. Failed payments flag at reception.
Waivers before the first class
Waivers are signed in the app and booking is blocked until they are. Signed waivers export as PDF for your insurer.
