Waiver first, booking second
The waiver is signed in the app before the first visit. Booking is blocked until it is, so nobody arrives unsigned.
Capacity you can see
Every session shows places taken out of the cap, like 31 / 40. When someone cancels, the waitlist fills the space automatically.
QR check in
Climbers show a QR pass from the member app at the desk to check in, which keeps the line moving on a busy Saturday.
Walk ins on one desk screen
Reception takes walk ins, checks people in and takes payment on one screen, with an alert when a waiver is missing or a payment has failed.
Waiver records for your insurer
Export signed waivers as PDF whenever insurance asks. Members, bookings, payments and waivers can all be exported, free, at any time.
Kids sessions and family visits
A parent books several children at once, each with their own waiver and health notes. Regulars can hold a membership that renews automatically.

- Can climbers sign the waiver before they visit?
- Yes. The waiver is signed in the member app before the first visit, and booking stays blocked until it is signed. For children, each child has their own waiver.
- Can we cap numbers per session?
- Yes. Each session has its own capacity, shown as places taken out of the cap. You can lower or raise it for a single day, and a waitlist fills freed places automatically.
- How do walk ins work?
- Reception adds walk ins, checks them in and takes payment from the desk screen. If a waiver is missing, the desk sees an alert.
- Can we export waivers for our insurer?
- Yes. Signed waivers export as PDF. You can also export members, bookings, payments and waivers in full at any time, free.
- Do we pay a fee on every booking?
- No. There are no per booking fees. You get a tailored quote on the free 45 minute call.
