Privacy Policy

Last updated · 1 May 2026

This page explains how ClassOps (a product of Bright Loop Media Group) handles personal data collected through this website and any related correspondence. We keep this short on purpose.

Who we are

ClassOps is operated by Bright Loop Media, registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for any personal information you give us through this website. Contact: hello@brightloopmedia.co.uk.

What we collect

If you book a discovery call through the form on this site, we collect:

We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or fingerprinting on this site. We do not set marketing cookies. The only third-party requests are to Google Fonts and Fontshare for typography, and to Formspree when you submit the discovery form.

How we use it

We use the form data only to contact you about your discovery call and to follow up if we agree to work together. We do not share, sell, or rent the data. Lawful basis: legitimate interest for B2B contact, with your explicit submission as the trigger.

Where it lives

Form submissions are processed by Formspree (a US service) which then forwards them to our inbox. Formspree may retain submission records under their own terms. See the Formspree privacy policy. Standard contractual clauses apply for any UK-to-US transfer.

After we receive your enquiry, your data lives in our email and our internal customer records. We delete enquiry data 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer (in which case it lives in our customer records under your services contract).

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Google Fonts and Fontshare may set their own technical cookies if your browser caches their fonts. Formspree may set cookies on its own domain when you submit the form. We have no cookie banner because we set nothing that requires consent under UK PECR.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:

Email hello@brightloopmedia.co.uk with the request and we'll action it within 30 days. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. For minor edits, we'll just amend.

Plain English summary

You give us your name and email. We use it to talk to you about ClassOps. We don't sell it. We don't track you. If you want it gone, tell us and it's gone within 30 days.
