Who we are

ClassOps is operated by Bright Loop Media Ltd, Registered in England and Wales, company number 17431989. We are the data controller for personal information you give us through this website. Contact: hello@brightloopmedia.co.uk.

What we collect

Only what you type into the call request form: your name, email address, business name, business type, current platform and anything you choose to tell us.

Analytics

We use Umami, an open source analytics tool that we host ourselves, to count page views, where visits come from (for example a search engine or one of our social posts), and clicks on things like the call request button. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. The numbers we see are aggregate only. We cannot identify you, we do not build profiles, and nothing is shared with advertisers or anyone else. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in understanding which pages help gyms find what they need. Analytics records are deleted after 24 months.

If you would rather our analytics ignored this browser completely, you can switch it off here. This stores one small setting on your device and nothing else.

Third parties

We do not run advertising trackers or fingerprinting on this site, and we do not set cookies. Our fonts are hosted on this site. Formspree receives the call request form when you submit it. Vercel and Neon host our self managed Umami analytics service and its database; only aggregate, cookieless analytics data passes through them.

How we use it

We use your details only to arrange and follow up your call, and to keep in touch if we agree to work together. We do not share, sell or rent them. Lawful basis: legitimate interest for business contact, triggered by your submission.

Where it goes and how long we keep it

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a US service, which forwards them to our inbox; see the Formspree privacy policy. Standard contractual clauses apply to the transfer. We delete enquiry data 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case it is kept under your services contract.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@brightloopmedia.co.uk and we will act within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

ClassOps customers

This policy covers this website only. Gyms that use ClassOps are the data controllers for their members' data, and we act as their processor under a data processing agreement, available on request.
